great FAMILY trip

We were four adults AND three children. My friend has Accor Platinum status, so we got upgraded to a two bedroom suite. We stayed two nights and did not leave THE hotel. We enjoyed the beach club by the pool where beer and cocktails were unlimited.
I felt a little lack of flexibility as i wanted to use THE shuttle bus to Terminal 21. It was ten minutes late. I was not impressed.

The staff were helpful with check in. They helped move luggages fast. The team at the beach club gave constant refills of beverages during happy hour, appreciated a lot by us.

The hotel features a beach club near the pool that offers afternoon tea and evening cocktails, a good perk. There ARE table tennis and snooker for adults. a kids' club to entertain children during the daytime.

I found a couple things disappointing. the breakfast area felt too crowded. I even had to ask to share a table. also, the beach wasn't very clean. i expected more from this hotel considering the price.

The hotel's beachfront location made it easy to access the sea. the room was spacious and clean. nearby, there are supermarkets and various dining options. i especially appreciated the friendly service at the outdoor restaurant. The employee was attentive and kind.
the water temperature in the shower was a little difficult to adjust consistently.

the hotel had a sandy beach. the sea was warm and accessible. the staff quickly provided extra sunbeds when needed.
The room had a stain on the sofa. i also saw mold on the curtain. the bathroom had a strange smell. This was unpleasant.
